BRANDSTORY
It started with an inclination towards the art of hand embroidery and its artisans. With a passion for promoting handicrafts intertwined with comfortable footwear, visionary couple Monica Bhardwaj Gulati launched Gulbhahar in January 2025.
The brand's name itself is an amalgamation of their last names.Together, Pulkit and Monica Gulati, partners in life and partners in business,, 'Gul' is taken from 'Gulati', and 'Bhahar' is derived from 'Bhardwaj'.
They were drawn to innovative handiwork, hard work, and the art of the artisans. Each pair takes several hours to create with dedication.They are handmade, and the utmost importance is given to the craft itself.

Handcrafted by artisans honing the shoemaking trade for generations, each pair of juttis is unique. Gulbhahar ensures everything about each jutti is flawless.
We make our juttis in beautiful fabrics, and they have meticulous threadwork. We take every detail seriously. Everything from Gulbhahar is carefully crafted.
The intention was to reevaluate the traditional jutti craft form but add more of a modern and stylish feel.
